We know how much work it is organising any event — let alone a festival, so we have designed two full production packages that offer one-stop solutions for both large and small festivals and include stages, sound, lighting and power.

All you have to do is tell us the dates.

Remember that these are specially priced packages so aren’t exhaustive in their scope; so if you think you require something different or are aiming for a particular budget, please contact us to discuss variations.

- 1x Milos MR1 Stage system (6m x 5.5m stage area)
- 1x FOH control tent and platform
FOH:
- 1x 12.8KW FOH speaker system
Monitors:
- 8x 750W Bi-Amped 12" Monitors (6 mixes)
- 1x Actor DX Drum fill (1 mix)
Mixers:
- 1x Digico SD9 Digital mixer with 75m multicore (for FOH)
- 1x Soundcraft GB4 32 channel mixer (for monitors)
Microphones, Stands and Cables:
- Comprehensive cable selection
- Complete vocal and instrument microphone package
Stage Lighting:
- 4x Par 64 bars of six
- 6x Par 56 up-lighters (300w each)
- 6x 250w Spot Moving lights
Back Lighting:
- 8x Vertically mounted LED lighting batten
- 6x 2 Cell blinder
- 4x 1500w strobe
Stage Effects:
- 2x Fazer Haze machines
Lighting Control:
- 1x Avolites Pearl Tiger control desk
- 1x 48 channel dimmer rack
Power:
- One 63A 3P plug or greater required within 10m of the stage
- Generators can be provided at an additional cost
Crew:
- 4x Crew for get-in and get-out
- 3x Crew for show days
Transport:
- Up to 25 mile local area around Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Additional transport cost thereafter.
