* When hiring equipment from two departments, 15% reduction applies to the cheapest department's hire cost. When hiring equipment from three departments, 15% reduction applies to the cheapest two departments' hire costs.
Crew hours include Get-in and Get-out within the allocated hours. For multi-departmental Package hires crew will be reduced as part of overal cost reduction. OTP reserves the right to make additional crew charges where Get-in / Get-out timings are required by customer / venue schedule.
For events where the audience is expected to be in excess of 1000 you will require a custom solution, so please contact us to discuss specifications.
